Above Piazza della Borsa, where Habsburg Trieste meets the sea, the Palazzo Dreher penthouse occupies the top two floors of the eclectic building that was once the residence of the Dreher family of brewers. For each unit we produce — and periodically update — "real" 3D tours documenting the actual state of the construction site. The published images portray the real spaces in their current state, whose geometries we have sought to respect, but they have been reworked using artificial intelligence to render — with inevitable inaccuracies and inconsistencies — the possible appearance upon completion. As of now the walls are at the shell stage, the systems are only partially installed and the floors have not yet been laid: the images should therefore be understood as purely indicative and considered, to all intents and purposes, as renderings.
