What we were, what we are
Born inside the premium
TriesteVillas did not become a luxury specialist along the way. It started there.
2013
A start in high-end hospitality
We began by managing prestige villas and apartments for an international clientele, largely German-speaking. That is where our reading of the city — and our access to the premium — was built.
2020
The pivot to sales
We turned the relationships and the market knowledge into a focused sales practice: premium homes, international buyers, discretion and real access. Rentals matured into TriesteAffitti.
2026
One group, clear roles
TriesteImmobiliare was created for residential property in Trieste and its province up to about €500,000. FriuliVillas and LignanoVillas cover the territory beyond the city. Since October, SloveniaVillas has presented the Slovenian coast and the Karst, measured from Trieste; we plan to start working in Slovenia during 2027. Since the same month, SappadaVillas has covered Sappada/Plodn, in the mountains, hamlet by hamlet, and TriesteBusiness has handled commercial property: hotels, buildings, shops, offices, industrial property and land. Less dispersion, more direction.

A single structure covering every housing need across Trieste and the wider Friuli-Venezia Giulia region — and, across the border, an atlas of the Slovenian coast and the Karst.

- Sappada/Plodn, in the mountains: the fifteen hamlets one by one, hours of sunlight calculated on the terrain model, the market and the first homes in the catalogue. We work there from Trieste, by appointment.
- An atlas of the Slovenian coast and the Karst, measured from Trieste. We plan to start working in Slovenia during 2027.
- The group's commercial property: hotels, entire buildings, shops, offices, industrial property and land in Trieste and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
