How it works
Choose the home
The TriesteAffitti listing has the photos, availability, the contract options the owner offers and, where there is one, a 3D tour.
Ask for a viewing
From the listing, with the dates that suit you. We reply by email: the first reply is often written by the group's AI assistant, which says so; after that, a person from the rentals team looks after you.
The lease
The contract is chosen to fit your period, not the other way round. Rent, deposit and move-in costs are on the listing, or the person helping you will tell you before you sign.
