You buy the house with us. You shape it with the Metroarea studio. Then you own it — and in Italy, that is where the questions begin. About seven in ten of our buyers are foreign, often away for months, and a beautiful home anyone can list. What holds the luxury niche in a city this small is the trust around the house, before the sale, during it, and for the years after.
A garden once needed full-grown trees, so we had them flown in by helicopter. Owners away for the season come back to a cut lawn and their food already in the fridge. You tell us the what; we find the who and the how, and we keep the price fair. Fair because Trieste is small, the niche smaller, and far too many people want to work with us to risk taking advantage of one of our clients. We keep the balance.

The work is rendered by Workservice, our Trieste facility partner. TriesteVillas stays the director of the operation — free to bring in the right hand for the job, or arrange something made to measure.
