Description
Five rooms across 267 m² gross make Unit 14 the largest apartment on the fourth floor of Palazzo Dreher. The building — an eclectic residence from the close of the nineteenth century, named after the Dreher brewing family and set in the monumental centre of Trieste — is under complete renovation.
Entry is through a generous hall that distributes the plan. The living area runs beyond 80 m² and comes with its own laundry room. The sleeping quarters take three rooms: two double bedrooms and a third that works as a study or child's room, with two full bathrooms serving them. A balcony rounds out the layout.
All the systems are new — underfloor heating, ducted cooling, high-efficiency heat pumps — and the seven-storey building has a lift. The specification brings Italgraniti, Florim and Cerdomus stoneware, Parador oak parquet, Treemme fittings and Ceramica Cielo sanitaryware, with a modern or classic interior to choose from.
This is a new-build sale from the developer, turnkey, at € 1,350,000 plus VAT, with first-home tax relief where applicable. Like the rest of the building, it comes with no parking unit: the setting is the fully pedestrian historic centre. Completion is expected by the end of 2027. The unit belongs to the TriesteVillas Private Collection.
For each unit we keep “real” 3D tours that record the site as it stands.

How we used AI in these photos
All 13 photos retouched with AI: 5 edited and 6 simulations, marked on the photo; the rest in light and colour only. The viewing remains the only reference.
How we edited them
The photographs in this listing were taken in June 2026, while work was under way: the apartment's interiors, the common areas, the facades and the views from the windows and balconies. All 13 published photographs were edited with a generative image model (Google's Nano Banana family, used through the Higgsfield platform); 6 of them are simulations and are marked as such on the photo. 3 show the interiors as they might look once finished: the model removed tools, rubble, plastic sheets and materials, closed the plasterboard walls that are still open and imagined parquet, smooth white walls, skirting and sockets. In the other 10, which show the building and the views, the model removed, depending on the photo, cars, scooters, people, a bus shelter, traffic lights and road signs, a wall lamp, a flagpole, a doormat and some posters, and warmed the light; in one it replaced the daytime sky with a sunset sky or with clouds that were not there.
In one view from the window, published twice, the asphalt street below the building was turned into a stone-paved pedestrian street, with people added who were not there. No furniture and no light fittings were added. Where something was removed, what it hid was not photographed: the model reconstructed it, plausibly.
The floors, walls, sockets, internal doors and cladding seen in the interiors are the model's guess, not the specification: today the apartment is a building site, with bare walls, systems in progress and no floors laid. The model was instructed not to touch windows, doors or room geometry; it did so in most images, but not always: in the plasterboard walls that are still open the doors are in positions guessed by the model. The caption of each photo says what changed.
Facades, window frames, stairs and lifts are real, and so are the views, except for the sky and what is stated above; the sunset light is simulated. The original, unedited photographs are available on request. Finishes and layout are defined by the floor plans and the specification; a viewing remains the only reliable reference for the property's actual condition.
