Historic villa, Strada Costiera

The 61 images in this listing start from photographs and drone shots of the villa, the garden and the shore. All 61 went through generative image models used via the Higgsfield platform: 30 with Google's Nano Banana, 31 with ByteDance's Seedream. 39 were retouched for light and colour only: the warm sunset light is simulated, and the drone shots are cropped. In 11, objects were only removed: a saddle, a chest of drawers, a holdall and a bin, two vacuum cleaners, a jacket, a decoration on the front door, the materials stacked in a room of the wooden cabin, leaves from the steps, cables and a pole, the photographer's finger and, in two photos, the clouds. 11 are simulations and carry the label «AI · simulated»: in seven the sky was replaced by a sunset sky (in one an olive tree was also added), in one the model invented a stone staircase in front of the wooden cabin, in one the view through the cabin door, in one it turned a ground-level shot into an elevated view, and in one drone shot it rebuilt the edge of the image.

Where something was removed, what it hid was not photographed: the model rebuilt it. In one photo (the wall with the wooden boat) the model erased the flaking plaster below the windows, which is there in reality, and the caption says so. Otherwise walls, finishes, furniture, garden and views are as photographed.

The unmodified original photographs are available on request; a viewing remains the only reference for the actual condition of the property.
