A word on the pictures. For each unit we keep “real” 3D tours that record the site as it stands. We work from those, holding the geometry as far as we can, but the outcome is then reworked with artificial intelligence — inevitably with some inaccuracy and inconsistency — to preview the finished rooms. As of today the walls are bare shell, the systems only partly laid and the floors still to come: the images stay purely indicative renderings.
