We thank the European Union for having supported the PMS software evolution project, which began in March 2017 and concluded at the end of January 2019, which for the whole of 2019 allowed TriesteVillas to simultaneously manage a hundred properties in the Trieste area and Friuli-Venezia Giulia and to achieve unexpected results with the management of:

• 3500 reservations;
• 3500 cleanings;
• 16,000 occupied nights;
• 8 booking channels;
• tourists from 73 different countries;
• 2900 internal operational tickets.

With this effort, it was possible to manage recurring operations, such as booking calendars, checkins and checkouts, customer and guest records, and to allow the staff employed to perform the required obligations with ease.
Furthermore, the statistical engine made it possible to perform the necessary analyzes to distinguish the most profitable niches from the least profitable sectors.
